“I volunteer for Healthwatch North Northamptonshire because I want to support my community. I myself use health services and care services, and they aren’t always easy to access. Some of the hurdles I face as a disabled person and a wheelchair user aren’t necessary, so it makes me feel like I am doing something to change the way people get treated”.
