Enter & View reports show how local health and social care services are experienced by the people who use them. As part of our statutory role, authorised Healthwatch representatives visit services to observe care, speak with patients, residents, and staff, and gather feedback. These reports highlight what is working well, identify areas for improvement, and help services make positive changes to the quality of care.
