Pratima has over 25 years’ experience in supporting communities, working in local government and the third sector supporting and managing organisations. Pratima has significant strategic and operational management experience in community development/regeneration and building transformative and innovative service models based on co-production and collaborative approaches.

Yahya Ibn John - Research and Community Engagement Manager
Yahya’s background is in the prison service and mental health sector. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Yahya is committed to advancing his academic expertise with the long-term goal of undertaking doctoral research. His research interests lie at the intersection of social dynamics and social inequalities, with a focus on how societies function, the relationships between individuals, and the complex factors that influence human behaviour and social inequalities.
