We’re bringing together local health, wellbeing and support services for a day focused on helping our community stay healthy, informed and supported 💙

✅ FREE NHS Health Checks for people aged 40–74
These quick checks help spot early signs of conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and kidney disease before symptoms appear. The check usually includes:
🩺 Blood pressure check
🩸 Cholesterol and blood sugar testing
⚖️ Weight and BMI measurement
💬 Lifestyle and wellbeing advice

💉 Youth Immunisations available for school years 8–13

You’ll also be able to meet local organisations offering advice, support and information, including:
• GPA – Wellbeing Launch Pad & Cancer Screening information
• SERVE – Support for older people and adults with disabilities
• Royal British Legion – Support for veterans and families
• Alzheimer’s Society – Dementia support and information
• Stop Smoking Northants – Help and advice to quit smoking
• MHNC – Learn about health and care research opportunities
• Healthwatch North Northamptonshire – Independent advice on health and social care services and your rights
